I review for required lobby notice and loan office SIGNAGE annually.....
Are there any REQUIRED brochures that need to be displayed for the public in these areas?

Nothing is coming to my mind...My thought is everything required is given at application or account opening and any brochures are for advertising purposes...I know the brochures themselves must meet the regulatory advertising requirements...

I'm just not sure if there are required brochures that I should be verifying are displayed as required...

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

No brochures of which I am aware.

Check state law as well. In Michigan, for example, there is a requirement for a Mortgage Lending Criteria brochure to be available in bank lobbies and loan offices.

It's not a "brochure" (and may no longer be required), but what about the FDIC booklet "Your Insured Deposit"?
