Our customer made an ATM withdraw from our ATM located at the bank that, when combined with another withdraw, put them over the reportable amount. I have to put the ATM physical address on the CTR (which is the same as the bank) , would it also have the same FI ID# as the bank its located at? This is a bank front ATM.

My FI does not have ATMS however we have an agreement with a network for our customers to use their ATMS. In the past we had to list the ATM location and the ATM RSSD if we were able to locate it. I was unsure the first time so I did reach out to FinCEN for clarification. If the ATM is your ATM it would be your RSSD for that branch location. When in doubt, FinCEN generally will answer a 'general question' or 'hypothetical question' without asking for specifics.
