My understanding, currently Reg CC doesn't cover RDC. Anything in the new rules that would change that? Our banker's assoc. is promoting a webinar entitled "Reg CC Changes and RDC" (or something close to that).

I'm not aware of any changes to RDC with the 7/1/2020 changes.

I've seen that same webinar advertised and I'm pretty sure they are pulling in the 2018 endorsement rules into the webinar, along with the 2019 final rule (due July 1, 2020) relating to the transaction thresholds. As David said, the July 1, 2020 changes don't relate to RDC (but the 2018 changes did).
