If we are wanting to change our early withdrawal penalties, do we have to disclose what the old penalty was and what the new penalty going forward will be, on the maturity notices that we send out? Or can we simply disclose on the maturity notice the new penalties? Should the new penalties be highlighted in any manner or listed in the same format and font as the rest of the notice??

Just the new penalties going forward.
