When is this booklet required? The definition in RESPA when it comes to refinancing always confused me (providing I'm looking at the right reg!).

If it is any consolation, it was transferred over from RESPA to TRID in 2015.

In other words, its still required by RESPA (the law) but now it's implemented in Reg Z rather than in Reg X.
