A best practice is to put a statement in your CRA public file that it has been reviewed by the CRA officer "XXXX" and is up to date as of April 1, 202X. If you need to make changes during the year, such as you open a new branch or change your AA delineation, then include the new information and put a note in the file that it is updated as of XXX.
