Can any one provide me guidance if we temporarly close the Loan Production Office, where customers only seen by appointment only. Do we need to notify the FDIC, and State Division of Banking?

You might need to contact your State Department of Banking and ask them whether official notification is required for a temporary closure.

Our state declared a state of emergency and our state regulator sent us an email stating we could close at anytime but asked that we send them an email informing them of our decision to do so.

Thanks! I think that is the most prudent practice!
