Jumping on Waldensouth's post, there are very few policies that are actually required. Most are there because you need them, but a few are required and a Branch Closing Policy is one of those. Your agency has info with all the details and you need to look at that.
Federal law won't consider closing the lobby a branch closing if you have a full service drive-up, and vice-versa. And you have a lot of latitude on hours. But a real branch closing is a big deal.
