not where I want to be
We have requests from some customers to allow them to access consumer & business accounts under one login so they can transfer to/from their accounts that have a different tax ids/ssn. Typically we do not allow this on the consumer online banking, but have made exceptions. What are your thoughts on allowing customers to comingle accounts in online banking? if you do allow it, is it on the business platform or the consumer platform?

We typically don't allow business accounts to be accessible on our consumer's online banking.

What we do is have the customer sign a "link form" to link their personal accounts to their business online banking. The link form is a very basic form which asks for the TIN linked to the business olb account, the account(s) requested to be added to the olb, a signature from their designated online banking admin, an approval from a deposit ops rep, and then our customer care department processes this. We also use this same form to link multiple businesses into one olb login.
