Monthly?
Quarterly?
Semi-Annual?
Annual?

We do ours Semi-annually. We use our BSA Software to run a risk analysis to get list and review those accounts. We do it in April and October each year. Our examiners are good with it (OCC)

The Country
Our High Risk customers are broken down into 3 tiers, High, Medium, and Low. We then review them according to their rating. High are reviewed quarterly, Medium Semiannually, Low Annually. Never had any grief from the FRB as we do the reviews "Risk Based".
