We are looking to roll out electronic signatures for our consumer installment loans. We are hitting a snag with our power of attorney document that allows us to do the title work to add ourselves as a lien holder to the title. We normally have this document notarized, but we don't have electronic notaries set up. How are other institutions handling these situations? TIA

If you are taking the title as collateral why do you need a POA to add the bank's name as the lienholder?
