Has anyone else run into appraisers refusing to do interior inspections because of COVID-19? If so, how are you handling it?

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac issued some of the appraisal types they are accepting. One hole is for HPMLs. They still require interior inspections per reg. We'll use an existing appraisal assuming the value hasn't change. If it has, the pictures of the interior or asking the property owner to supply pictures to the appraiser. And asking the appraiser to document the will not enter the dwelling.
