If we send notice of incompleteness and the applicant never responds, do we use reason for denial on the Lar as code 7 credit app incomplete or code 10 NA? I have in my notes to use code 7.

If Action Taken equals 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, or 8, then Reason for Denial: 1 must equal 1111 or 10.
