How to advertise a mortgage 10 year fixed rate at 3.50% on outside marquee - I know we need to disclose the rate as APR, the Equal Housing Lender Logo and subject to credit approval - am I missing anything

Advertising the term and the rate are triggering terms. Review 1026.24(d) and its Commentary.
