SAR question: Recently discovered a Landscaping Company that has been operating illegally without a valid License from the State Contractors Board since 2014. In addition, their business license shows a status of 'out of business' since the same year. They are activity engaging clients and have transaction activity running through the account.

I will be filing a SAR but wanted to see what transaction activity you would include? Everything since 2014? Or file the SAR with no dollar amount and simply report them as an unlicensed contractor for my State?

This is a criminal violation in your State? I would just close the account and move on.
