You can get management to change the policy now with the understanding you'll get Board ratification at the next opportunity. But even so, unless Congress fills up the cookie jar in the next very few days, all the cookies will be gone.

Since our UBO does not align with the SBA-is the SBA guidance along with the Treas, Dept enough? For exam time-we just point to the guidance?
