Are there any possible issues in REG Z if a bank enacts an incentive program based on the number of PPP loans closed when/if the program is funded once again? Say for instance a certain percentage of the loan amount goes back to loan officer when the loan closes and eventually pays off.

Reg Z? What would it have to do with Regulation Z. These are not consumer loans.
