I have a 1/1 ARM that is maturing. Should I receive something from my lender concerning the upcoming maturity? I wouldn't expect to recieve a rate change notice since the term is only 1 year, but shouldn't I get a notice of payment change informing me that the new payment is essentially going to be the entire balance?

Unless there is something in State law, there is no notice required in any of the Federal regulations that require pre-notice of a balloon payment coming due.

Okay, so the only thing they would be required to send me is the monthly statement (which would show the balloon payment due)?
