We are filing our first SAR related to COVID 19 fraud. Per the guidelines it says to reference COVID 19 in Field #2. Does anyone know where this is on the SAR. We use FCRM and opened a case with them but so far haven't heard anything.

Field #2 is the "Filing Institution Note to FinCEN." It's on the cover page of the SAR, after the filing name and type of filing (initial, corret/amend, continuing activity, ect).
