Are any other banks participating in the Zelle Summer Sweepstakes? FIS is drawing 4 winners in June and July to win $5,000 if they are using the Zelle app through a member bank. I'm wondering what advertising concerns anyone else may have.

In know nothing about it, but I assume that people have an alternative way to gain a chance to win - otherwise it will be a lottery.

That's right. They can mail in a postcard to enter, otherwise our bank's conversation would not have gone any further.

I apologize, but I'm tagging onto this year old thread. Apparently FIS/Zelle are also going to have another sweepstakes this year. While I see on our contract that individuals can perform a mail-in entry - this would need to be stated on all promotional material - correct?

I'm knee deep in something at the moment and I need to respond today. I will also make sure that Marketing understands that we can't limit this to customers only for the mail in entries.
