Can a Debtor in Possession in Massachusetts have access to that account via online banking?

What do you mean by access? Viewing access?

Debtor in Possession means what it suggests -- The debtor has possession and control of the account (within the limits prescribed by the Court). That would include online access.

John - I agree about access, i.e. viewing. But transfer capability is another thing. Debts have to be by check. Hence my question as to what does "on-line banking" actually mean.
