Good Afternoon -

I know this comes down to the bank's risk and policies, but I'm curious. Do you consider a signer change (addition or removal) a triggering even for Certification of Beneficial Ownership?

IF the change did not lead you to believe that a change in the beneficial ownership also occurred, I am not sure why you would. A company may employ a different bookkeeper fairly often.
