Does anyone know if there is a workaround for auditors/examiners to be able to access a bank's image system, FIS Image Center? I am being told that it can only be accessed using their network on premises. I am sure there has to be some workaround due to COVID19.

I agree with Randy; however I will tell you that our external consultant can obtain remote access. Our IT department sets it up.
