Do you need to pull a flood determination on a mobile home only no land taken as collateral and not permanently affixed.

Sorry haven't dealt with MH only loan in quite some time.

Yes. But what do you mean it is not permanently affixed? If it is located in a SFHA, it has to be.

the mobile is currently on property not owned by borrower and is not on a permanent foundation just "tied down"

Still need a FHD - if it is tied down - it is affixed from a flood perspective. You cannot place a mobile home in a SFHA without it being affixed without violating flood plain management rules.
