We allow the borrower to shop for title services. The SSPL was provided, but borrower selected a company not on our list. We provided an LE; however, there subsequently turned out to be an issue with the title company and the borrower elected to go with a different company (which again is not on our SSPL). Do we have to reissue the LE to reflect this? Or can we simply reflect the change on the CD since the change does not impact tolerance?

It is not a changed circumstance, so there is no need to re-issue an LE.
