We are thinking of opening the drive though - our lobbies are still closed - later in the day and closing early a few days a week. Say 9-3 in the middle of the week and 9-5 on Mondays and Fridays. Maybe even closing for lunch. COVID and staff shortages are part of the reason and since our clients are taking advantage of mobile and online banking and even making deposits at out ATM they are not coming through the bank's drive through as much either. Is anyone else changing their hours and what did you do for notification to your clients? TIA

Post signs at branches and ATMS, e-mail notifications to those customers that you have permission to e-mail, notices on your on-line banking systems, notifications on your website, ads in the local paper, statement stuffers, newslettters.

Not sure what else you can do, unless your State law requires otherwise and those requirements have not been preempted.
