because do we really need a new forum for 87 different times someone asked if a CTR or SAR should be filed? or the 937 times someone asked what goes on line 25a? or the 47,309 times someone asked do I include both parties if only one was present?

It's called the SEARCH option.

Not really sure either how having 525,600 threads in a forum entitled "SARs and CTRs" makes searching for your particular SAR or CTR issue any easier than if they're in a forum entitled "BSA/AML".

Except for the fact that 90210 of those 525,600 threads are the same question, asked differently.

Don't forget the often asked "my customer does this, is this suspicious and/or normal" and the always response, as it should be, "I don't know, you'll need to speak with your customer"...

So if I deposit $9,000 in two consecutive years it is not suspicious? lol
