We are thinking about adding on-line deposit accounts with another vendor from our normal one. Is there a regulation requiring a given Bank to issue the same exact disclosure for each account? Or is any minimum content for a particular account sufficient?

Regulatory disclosures are required to have specific content. I am not sure form or format (unless dictated by regulation) make any difference.
