When we "reissue" a deposit account statement because of a research request, are we required to include the Reg E disclosure? Our operations center is maintaining a stock of paper with the notice on the back for this purpose only. My thought is the statement was issued once and included the disclosure, so do we really have to provide it again??

I cannot think of a reason why you would need too.

Ditto to what Randy said. Our e-statement site where we pull them does not have the reg E statement.
