ARRC Recommended Best Practices for Completing the Transition from LiborHere

We have already identified our exposure and added more robust fallback language into new notes.

Next, we plan to review our notes for missing or weak fallback language and amend when processing modification or deferral requests.

We will be using the ARRC to develop our action plan.
