Just looking for clarification: I am reading part 41 (f) Total loan amount means the principal of the loan amount minus those points and fees as defined in subdivision (h) of this section that are included in the principal amount. I interpret this to mean the fees that are subtracted for section 32 are the same for NYS high cost?

When we extend an interest rate we use the new date to test the APOR, but for NYS testing to the PMMS would we use the new lock date for stay with the original application date?
