Hello -

Our FI has an insurance agency under our holding company's umbrella. They are wanting to advertise home and car insurance ads on Google. I can't find an exception stating the NDIP disclaimer can be one-click away so does that mean we'd have to include the disclaimer in the Google ad space which would leave no room for the ad itself? Does anyone else do google ads for NDIP insurance products that could provide input?

While this was issued by the OCC, I suggest you read the Advertising and Disclosure section very carefully. I do not think you are going to find much wiggle room that will allow for a one-click.
