When opening a checking account for a Corporation, we include the signor's SSN and DOB under the signature line on the Signature Card. Some of our customers have complained about this...is it necessary to have that info shown? We don't CIP these folks, so I don't see why it would be. Thanks!

If you don't CIP them, how do you get the information?

We get the information for CIP and put it on their CIF/CIS profiles on the mainframe, but it doesn't print on the cards.

I'm confused. In your original post you said you print the SSN and DOB on the signature cards but you don't CIP them. Then you say you get the info for CIP and put in the CIF but it doesn't print on the cards. What exactly are you asking?

I was wondering about this situation. If you have SSN and DOB, etc. information for the individual signers, is this an NPPI issue if other people can see it?
