Commercial loan request. Officer replies to request current financial info. Officer never hears from the customer again. Does he need to give denial - whether verbal or written - based on customer's non-response? Sorry - I did search for this but didn't come up with an answer.

Commercial is no different than consumer. Denial or notice of incompleteness.
