Our CSRs has been filing the driver license of the person who applied for a checking account but got turned down due to Chexsystem with the adverse action notice. Trying to determine if this is necessary. Most of the time the information entered into chexsytems is from the drivers license; unless, the customer tells us it is different.

I am confuse - what does a drivers license and an AAN have in common? You mean you are keeping a copy of it in a file?
