We had a commercial dept loan originated in 2015 to purchase a 1-4 rental property. Note ballooned in June 2020. A new 3 mo promissory note was signed at that time to give the borrower time to complete 2019 TR's. At the end of 3 mo, the loan was supposed to be refi'd out another 5 years. In September 2020, the June 2020 note matured and another 3 mo promissory note was signed to give borrower more time for TR's. Are either of these 2020 note's HMDA reportable or no because they will be replaced by longer term financing?
