Hi- does the Tolerance & Section B vs C correlate to the Entity location listed on the Settlement Service Provider List or the Entity as a whole?
My FI uses a National Title Company on its SSP List, but it does break it down to it's particular branch closest to our Consumer. So the branch is listed on the SSP List. My Operations Team believe that if a different branch that is not listed on the SSP List ends up being used, that the fees are not subjected to a tolerance and the Fees are listed in Sec C of the CD. I disagree. I would like a second opinion from a guru though. Thoughts? Thank you.

You are required to provide contact information for your preferred service provider. If they use your service provider - what difference does it make that they have multiple offices and the consumer chooses one that is more convenient to them?

They are driving down a dark path without headlights - IMHO
