What wording did you all use in a memo or policy update that references waiving the CIP unexpired driver's license requirement due to Covid?

If due to emergency conditions the proper authority within a State extends the expiration date of official identification documents beyond the expiration date as it appears on the identification document, the bank will treat the identification document as unexpired during that period of time and will properly note the file.

I would think that a memo to file would work (wording above good).

Although the document shows that the item is expired , it is not expired due to the extension from the state.

Truth be told I don't work for a bank and made that up on the fly in about 10 seconds.
