I know that I need to have a Reg CC Policy, and we do. But is it a requirement that this be Board approved? Or can it be approved by executive management? Management would like to reduce the number of policies that must be sent through the full board meeting. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We do not have a Board Approved Reg CC policy. We refer to ours as our funds availability procedure.
