I know that most UCC laws allow up to 3 years for a claim to be made. However, I am in Georgia and understand that I only have 1 year. Where can I find supporting documentation for that? I have been searching for a while now and cannot locate anything. Thanks!

It would be in Title 11 Article 4 in your commercial code - but I think Georgia my have adopted the three year standard - I did not go check.
