Our Marketing department is wanting to do a Facebook post for Thanksgiving for people to come into a specific branch, tell the teller what you are thankful for, and be entered into a drawing for a $20 gift card. Would this be considered a lottery and would we need specific "contest" rules?

Why bother - who in this COVID environment is going to risk going into a bank branch for a chance at $20 and end up on a ventilator?
