My new bank has the outdoor scrolling sign. I have never had to manage compliance on this before. We are putting up a simple lending ad with 5 images:

Mortgage Loans - See an officer today - Joe Smith NMLS #1111 - or call 123-555-5555 - MYBank Member FDIC Equal Housing Lender NMLS #1234

Can i just write Equal Housing Lender without the doghouse? Do I need officer and bank MLO numbers?

There is no requirement for NMLS #s in ads. There is no provision to not use the dog house in a visible ad.
