We have a loan where the lock is the same date as when the APOR changed We ran a Mavent compliance review in Encompass it is giving us an error on APOR. Would the APOR and the timing of lock affect anything? We have gone to the rate spread site and verified it is correct. It may be a Mavent issue, but wanted to be sure.

What sort of error are you receiving? I not sure I understand the issue.

The error is that HMDA was not processed and just that there is an error with the APOR. It doesn't provide any additional information. We are reaching out to Ellie Mae for help. But I wanted to be sure that if there is a lock on the same day as the APOR changes that others are or not seeing a problem with the dates being the same.
