Does CFPB's Reg B Apply to Commercial Real Estate Transactions? I cannot find anything that clearly defines if these transactions are covered or not.

Thank you for confirming. I have always known so, but someone for the very first time told me that Reg B's notices requirements did not apply to commercial loans, and I was really intrigued as to where they got that information from.

Well, adverse action notice requirements defer slightly in 1002.9. But there are not really too many other differences on the overall application of Regulation B to consumer versus business transactions.
