Our marketing team wants to do a radio ad stating you can "earn up to x.xx APY" with a certain checking account. The interest rate on the account is tiered where the first $5,000 earns x.xx% APY and only the money above $5,000 earns a lower APY. My question is can we say "up to x.xx APY" if we also say "for more information, visit (our website) or call us at (number)?" In other words, is there anything like the "one click away" rule that could possibly apply to radio ads?
