We are meeting with the regulator soon about this.

Any ideas on how we should be prepared?

Purely on a Consumer Compliance, CRA and Fair Lending perspective...

Thanks.

If you are subject to supervision and monitoring by the CISR that means you have assets over $100B and if you don't know what to expect - it is way too late.

We are not over $100 Billion, that's why I'm asking.

Then why are you subject to the FDIC Complex Bank Supervision Program?

Are you trending towards $100B (Either through natural growth or M&A)? I know some colleagues who were not over $100B but were trending towards it and the regulators wanted to know about their planning and long-term risk management plan.

Could it be that they are our primary regulator?

Somebody just needs to pick up the phone and call them and ask them what this meeting is about so you can properly prepare for the meeting.

Here is the announcement when the FDIC originally created that division: https://www.fdic.gov/news/press-releases/2010/pr10184.html

I concur with Randy. Call them and ask.
