To satisfy the NACHA rule for ODFI's, to keep originators and third-party senders informed of their rights and responsibilities regarding ACH rules, the bank is sending a notice on an annual basis which states "As the Originating Depository Financial Institution (ODFI) of these transactions, we are required by National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”) Rules to keep you informed of your obligations as an ACH Originator on a continuing basis. Should you need it, here is the website with the NACHA Operating Rules: https://www.nacha.org/rules"
My question is would this be sufficient to satisfy the NACHA rule? When you click on the link, it does not take you to the rules, it takes you to the NACHA webpage where if they subscribe you can purchase access to the NACHA rules.
