We do not normally make consumer mortgage loans. Occasionally however, we may make an accommodation mortgage loan for a major client. These loans are kept on our books and not sold.

In those very rare cases (1 or 2 evert 5 years) we make an accommodation mortgage do we need to use the URLA or can we us our own internal form?

If you are not selling the loan into the secondary market, you can take a mortgage application on a napkin if you so choose.
