We have a loan secured by multiple buildings on a property one of which is in a flood zone. The equipment is movable such as forklifts. Would it be sufficient to have the borrower attest to the value of the contents out of the value of total contents that is located in the building in a flood zone to determine how much they need?

Do they never use the forklifts in the building that is in the flood zone? If they are in that building, even some of the time, how can you exclude them?
