We have a loan where the borrower is escrowing for insurance and not escrowing for taxes. Does anyone know how Escrow Account section on page 4 of the Closing Disclosure should look? Do we mark both escrow and not escrow boxes?

No - you would check the For Now Your loan will have an escrow account and amounts for escrowed and non-escrowed property costs would be entered.
